Chocolate Chip Cookies - BIG Batch #3
If you are continuing in the Big Batch cookies - no need to clean the mixer . . keep speed cookie making. These ones are also suitable for flash freeze.
This is a good basic recipe for a variety of cookies - just add the desired flavour; white chocoloate, nuts, toffee chips, raisins, craisins or, plain!
- 2 cups shortening (or use butter)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 6 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soda
- 4 cups of chocolate chips
